Bad Customer Service

I was very disappointed in the service. My package was supposed to be delivered before Christmas and I did not receive it until January. So I was very disappointed about this situation and I had to return the item.

Great gift for a budding young person

I bought this for a gift for a 17 year old young man. He lives out. The smell is great (I've always enjoyed sandalwood). It's not too overpowering. The kit has a little of good quality items that make a great starter not for a young man looking to come into his own routine with self care.

order not on time

i ordered this and it was shipped out first but i’m being told it doesn’t arrive until the 29th. Everything else i ordered the same time is here. This was a gift and will not be here before this weekend when the latest time was six days out. Date change from the 24th to the 29th is not acceptable. This is very disappointing. Now won’t be here in time for his birthday!
