Good waffle maker

Had to throw out our lid maker as everything sticks to it. This one one is truly non-stick!! How great. I followed the instructions and just cleaned it and added no oil or anything. Waffles come out great. Need to use the highest setting for a good crisp waffle. Satisfied!

Locking mechanism

The only thing that I don't like is the when the waffle expands while cooking the waffle maker locks and sounds like it's going to explode. The food then starts oozing out the sides making a huge mess. That locking mechanism is dangerous and should allow for the food to expand without danger.

THE BEST WAFFLE MAKER!

Don't pay attention to the poor reviews from people saying the batter spills down the sides. This is a great product. When directions are followed and the proper amount of batter are used, it DOES NOT SPILL OVER the sides. People should read directions and look more closely at the measuring cup provided to see where the 1/2 cup line is. (Hint: the cup measures more than 1/2 cup!) P.S. If your batter is too thick, ADD MORE MILK!

So easy, my kids took it over!

We really love the Chefman Anti-Overflow Waffle Maker! It comes with a cup to measure the perfect amount of batter and it was so easy, my 10-year old made waffles before I even got to it! The little ingenuous measuring cup even sits on the edge of the bowl so you don't lose it in the batter. Later in the day, we made grilled cheese sandwiches and the kids gobbled those up too!
