Need one for your kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting to get a new knife and this one didn’t disappoint. It is super sharp! I accidentally bumped my finger to the corner and it cut it. It has good weight to it. Although, my husband thinks it should be slightly heavier. But for me it’s pretty heavy already. The craftsmanship is superb.

Stunning craftsmanship and heavy duty cleaver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the presentation box of this cleaver is absolutely stunning. The box is reusable and heavy duty to store the knife. It’s got a hidden magnetic closure and foam base to protect the knife and blade. The knife comes with a lifetime warranty from defects aside from normal deterioration. This cleaver is designed for portioning poultry, large and small cuts of meat. It’s heavy to be able to chop through bone and tough joints. I did test this knife initially on a cherry tomato and it cut like butter some super thin slices so easily. This blade is super sharp. And the blade is beautiful. It’s got a hammered design to keep your meat from sticking to the blade whilst cutting. The handle is a gorgeous dark stained wood with and you can see the pattern come through. The craftsmanship is stunning. I am super stoked to have such an amazing cleaver to add to my kitchen and I know I’ll get many years of use out of it.

Form and function

This cleaver is extremely sharp, it made the job of cutting through a rotisserie chicken a breeze. It is so well balanced and beside it being pretty large, it was extremely comfortable to hold and work with it.

Very sharp
