Very disappointed

I have had this less than 1 month and have used 3 times. It will not turn on. This was not a refurbished tool. I should have listened to the reviews. Will be calling my credit card. I have put I. A request. But since the other review was correct. I’m sure getting a hold of the company one IS true

Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this flat iron. I have very thin hair so I adjust the temperature accordingly. My old flat iron was a 1 inch but I really prefer this bigger 1.5 inch. Less work ! Highly recommend if you want to upgrade!
