Other occasion to buy:I needed a smaller suitcase because I didn't have one. My sister, daughter and I were going on a week-end trip and they talked about my large suitcase. So, when I saw the smaller one in Macys catalog I order it. I love it!

Handle is flimsy and prone to breaking

Retractable handle completely fell apart in the middle of my trip. While the product description has a 10 year "limited warranty", Macy's apparently only keeps 1 year of records so I was unable to get any support. Don't recommend this product or shopping from Macy's in general.

bad handle - on second use

Used it twice and the handle came completely out - had a horrible time getting it to go bag down for the next flight. Pretty bad it was broke by second use.

No durability to stand up to airline handling

I bought this suitcase in August 2024 and went on an international trip. When I picked up my suitcase in baggage claim, one of the wheels was torn away. I contacted Skyway to see if I could get a replacement or they could fix this and they referred me to the airline claims department to make a claim. They only stand behind their product for a defects in workmanship or manufacturing. I would not buy this product again. For the price you would think they would at lease offer to fix the issue.

the handle not strong enough. It’s easily broken

I got this one a few years ago and the barley used one time in Italy last November had one side broken and this time in Japan, the other side, broken, very hard to handle without handle

handle was broken first time use.

Do not buy this item you will regret. first time brought it and the handle was broken suddenly. I brought it this item based on review. unfortunately, it wasn't worth it at all. Look for different carryon luggage.

Definitely recommend

Love this carry on. It looks great, the wheels are easy to push or pull and it’s lightweight and sturdy. I like the zippered compartment as well to keep things separate.
