Bring Back the Old Formula

Sadly this new product isn't the quality of the product you used to make. Sometimes old is new again...consider bringing it back to you line.

Happy with the Flash Mask!

Not The Original Formula

Very disappointed with this masque. It'Äôs not the original formula in glass jar. I have used it twice. Both times it left dry residue in my hair. First time I thought maybe error on my part with rinsing. Second time, I over rinsed to make sure'Ķsame thing. I have contacted the company for a return. The Brilliant Glossing shampoo and conditioner formula have changed as well, but still works good enough to finish bottles before searching for another brand to use.

Not happy

This product took the color from my hair. I get highlights and low lights every 8 weeks. ( doing it for years) I used this product and all the brown disappeared.

What happened?????

I've been using these products 20 years and loved them. Last year you changed your products and they are not even half as good. Please bring back the old mask with grapeseed oil and the glossing cream!!! I have now tried five of your new masks and creams and they leave my hair heavy and dull and are clearly not made for all hair types. So disappointed
