Dissatisfied with Instant Pot

Purchased Nov 2024. Did test run March 2025. Only used twice April 2025. Both times pressure cooker stayed on preheating for over an hour. Macy’s return window closed January 2025. Waiting on customer service for warranty.

Lasted 5 months

What a disappointment! After 4 months, Would not come up to pressure to begin cook cycle. Steam released at a rapid rate before cooking even began. Ruined 2 meals. Did all the appropriate trouble shooting and have had much experience with pressure cooking. Customer service was terrible! Sent videos and performed tests on my own where I lost more than half of the liquid. Missed the Macys return window. Would not recommend. The flaw is the updated closed lid system. I have seen others are disappointed with the newer versions.

Best option for an Instant Pot

Great buy. I have used the pressure cooker funtion and the food was delicious, the pork fell apart. The stainless insert is a plus. Highly recommend

Stopped working 2 days after my return window.

I used this pot two times,then This last time my meal, 1/2 of the side of the pan was barely warm. I don’t know how the heating elements are set up, but I believe one of them stopped working. I’ve had 6 or 7 Instant pots and they all Stop working after 1 1/2 years to 2 years, I expected it the last at least that long.
