Mattress is ok, but Macy’s delivery process is uns

Mattress is fine, but delivery process needs work. After rescheduling due to time window issues, the delivery was still made outside of the requested times. So, recipient had to take time off. And, although mattress removal was paid for and part of the purchase, delivery team attempted to say it wasn’t included, … until they were shown a copy of the sales slip. Not very professional.

The pad is great and the price in really good, but the fabric that hugs the mattress is poor and does not look will last longer.
