Roomy and attractive

We ordered two Ricardo spinner cases, different colors so that we could tell them apart. We bought two duffel bags to go with each case. I like reading reviews before ordering items online. The Ricardo luggage met our needs: rated high for durability, lightweight and compact for a carry-on, easy to move and steer with the spinning wheels. The set looks great. The roomy duffel bag can be strapped over the case handle. I had a question regarding the product registration and the Recardo rep responded promptly.

Needs improvement

Nice lookig bag but it is thickly lined with foam. As a result it is not very flexible and maintains its shape. If you are carry breakables, the foam makes sense but for clothing it just adds weight and reduces capacity.

Size not as described!

The description says this bag is 16.5” wide. It is 19.5” wide. If it was the size described, it could fit under the seat on a plane but this bag definitely could not.

Good; not great

Looks good but missing a few things that could make it great. Handles should have a Velcro type strap to hold it together when carrying it. The zipper top could have more give when packed to capacity. You lose about 2” of packing space when zipped. The interior is good but the inside zipper pocket could be a little wider. It’s well made. I’m glad I got it.
