Don't buy.

These kitchen shears are sturdy but they do not cut anything., Tried sharpening them but they still are dull.

Not the most ideal kitchen scissors...

The cutting part of the blade is WAY TOO SHORT to be an ideal kitchen scissor...if had not been in REAL IMMEDIATE need, would have returned both pairs I bought. Will probably use one pair in the toolbox, as what cutting edge there is...is quite sharp. A POSITIVE: they come apart for the dishwasher.
