    • Winged Liner: Start by applying classic liner; follow lower lash line in an upward angle using side of felt-tip applicator to connect from outer eye toward center of eye in one sweeping motion; use tip of applicator to perfect line on eye
    • Pro Tip: To achieve a double wing effect, first find where white of eye and iris meet, then extend a second line from this point, keeping it parallel to original line, creating a slightly shorter line for a double wing effect

Very good with caveats

Been using for two months to draw a line on my upper lid after applying primer AND shaking the bottle. After it dries down, I add shadow and pencil liner to smoke it out. This technique allows me to have eyeliner on my hooded lids all day, because the Aqua Resist line stays in place after the smoky stuff wears away. - Is it perfectly in place? No, but it is still there at night when I go to remove it. - Is it easy to apply? Not really - the top of the brush often has a thin piece of lint and the product comes out of the bottle unevenly around the brush. But at least it comes to a precise point. (I find felt tip-type brushes better in this respect, and easier to apply. They just don't have the staying power that this product has). Will likely repurchase for staying power, but it's not a holy grail.

Not it!

This eyeliner was terrible from the minute I opened the packaging. It leaks everywhere, is super runny, and draws a horribly thick line that does not budge for corrections. I couldn't even finish one full eye without it being a total disaster. The design of the "inkwell" style eyeliner just doesn't work with the product consistency or quality. I ended up returning this and will not recommend to others.

No staying power on my eyes but great on the hand!

What a mess! This is so fluid it splatters all over the place when you put it on. And it is not waterproof. It wore off on the inside corners of my eyes that I wanted to emphasize within 30 min. I have gone through more QTips in the last couple of weeks of trying to use this than ever. Funny thing, if I draw a line on the side of my thumb the line last for several hours but wears off on my eyes within no time.

Awful, Changed the Formula?

I’ve been using this product for years. Finished up my old one, opened the new one and it’s NOT staying in place!! Years of success and now the product is awful.

Wrong color ordered

I probably would have liked it but I order a blue with shimmer. I don’t wear shimmer so I will need to get the correct blue for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this and just you to know yesterday i tried on my hand and after 3 hours still the turquoise color was on my hand without any mess, i tried to take it off with cleanser still it wasn’t going so i went and bought today!
