Terrible Sheets

I picked up these sheets at Macy's because I had some unexpected house guests for the holidays. These sheets are horrible. They are rough and scratchy and I'm embarrassed that my guests are sleeping on them! The thread count is low and was not noted on the package. I expected so much more for the brand and the price tag.
