low quality

I never had a problem with original stila eyeliner and was excited to get the Matt but it’s totally different, not bold and stamping under my eyebrows, greases all over my lid, I hate it and stopped using it, it’s a hot mess and I’m very disappointed.

No finer liner a must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stila eyeliner was my find of the year. It doesn’t quickly run dry, so it doesn’t need constant replacing.
