Complete Mess and not returnable

Neuhaus is my favorite chocolate but don't order it from Macys. I ordered it on 4/27 and it arrived on 5/1 completely melted! Unfortunately, Macys won't take it back! it's not returnable. I'm so angry because it was expensive and not edible!! Beware of their return policy on food!

Neuhaus Newbie!!! :#

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time hearing about and also trying the Neuhaus chocolate brand, and being the chocolate aficionado that I am, I was truly disappointed I didn't know of them before. This chocolate was absolutely divine, and deliciously gorgeous. The chocolate just melts in your mouth with its savory and delicate texture and caramel crunchy nuts. I would absolutely recommend this brand and will be sharing it with loved ones over the Valentines weekend.
