Different material than advertised

Ummmmm, the bag was not made of leather- but according to the title on the Macy’s website- as well as the web receipt -it was “leather”. And the item STILL states leather on the website. One star for the item being delivered in a timely manner.

Cross Body Bag

I purchased this for an upcoming trip to Italy. Although the bag look is attractive, it is too rigid and I didn't like the way it opens.

cool and classy

I have no idea where all the negative comments are coming from lol I got this bag in the mushroom color, first of all the design is top notch! Second of all this backpack has a great quality, what’s wrong with you people? I was so unsure if I should buy this backpack or not because of the reviews and I thought to myself worse case scenario I would return it but guess what, I’m now thinking about the black one too. I would say at least try it and don’t always trust the reviews!

CK backpack beware of color fading

I purchased the dark brown and black print of this bag. Within days of using it, parts of it started turning white. I constantly have to use a sharpie to color it in. I am surprised that a CK product would have such poor quality. I can't speak for the other colors available but the print that I bought is terrible. Take a look at the Pic to see just a small portion of what I'm talking about
