Stickers on every single item that won’t come off!
Very nice set but teacups are kind of useless. Mugs would be better. Also, they put a sticker on every single item in the set and it will not come off. I scraped it with a razor blade and have washed them multiple times. There’s still glue residue that won’t come off. I would give a better rating without the dumb stickers.

Classic, Timeless, Elegant
I've been searching for years for something I like. Not a fan of overly floral pieces, it has been quite the search. I love the elegance without overly ornate designs. Though the design in the platinum section is a beautiful design. It has been far and away my favorite china. I love having my tea service with this set.

Very disappointing return and refund policies.
I ordered this set of expensive dinnerware on line. Once the package arrived I inspected each piece to ensure the items were intact. Unfortunately, one cup was badly cracked. In order to get a refund the on line "Chat" representative instructed me to repack the entire container, and return it via shipping. In other words I can not exchange the one item. I can not safely and logistically repack the delicate contents within the container. The contents were already a tight fit when they arrived swaddled in protective tissue, card board dividers, and brown wrapping paper. The nearest Macys store is an hour's drive. Can anyone recommend how to handle this particular case? FYI - I am not complaining about the on line assistant. Is there a direct phone number to call for customer service? Thank you.

Worst shopping and customer service support
I shipped to the store as many people complained of broken items. The packaging looked okay from outside. When we started opening one by one , since it was a 50 piece set it was taking really long. The first layer looked okay and the assistant at the pick up counter was getting really impatient. So we asked if we should go check this at home. He mentioned we can check at home and report if there are damages. Hence we went home and checked and found damaged item and immediately reported it within a few hours of pick up. The customer support mentioned they will start a refund process as their replacement option was to resend the entire set. Since I did not want to have another 50 piece send to me, I was thinking I could use the refund to replace the broken items. For almost two weeks they mentioned refund if in process, but they don't update the order status or confirm anything in email. After two weeks they mentioned refund can't be processed as the store mentioned items were intact. At first, they don't encourage you to check the items in store and then they report items had no issue. After everything the most they offered is 25$ which isn't sufficient to replace the broken items. We even asked if they can send just the broken items. They weren't ready to do that either. Over all a lot of wasted time with customer service asking for support and a bad in store experience. Might never order any fragile items from Macy's
