Latch broke - it won't open

I absolutely love the backpack - the quality is fantastic BUT the latch broke and now won't open. Can I get a replacement latch? It is within the return window of time but I really would like to replace the latch and keep the purse. I can't buy a new one in the same color or for the same price

Disappointed

Better craftsmanship. The buckle on the front will not open. I had this item a month before I began to use it. For the price I paid for the item my expections are gone. Having to unbuckle the loop is an inconvience. I tried to follow up about a warranty and was told 30 days. What a rip off!
