Item not teceived

According to tracking information, theI tem was sent back to the sender. I tried calling Macy's to inquire about not receiving the item. The customer service was so bad, the lady was yelling instead of politely listening to me. Macy's is down the drain, their processing and customer service. It used to be so good. Very disappointed.

Madison carry on

I love the Madison carry on so far..Today is my first day using it. It arrived yesterday as expected. It’s light weight but hold a lot of my books, lap to , etc!! I hope it last !!!

Tolerated

Nice bag, bag falls forward, no matter how you pack your items. If you have any weight on the bag, like a tote with lunch items, the bags seem to roll every which way, but the correct way. I have use it for the office only, have not travel with it on the plane and will not. At the top, the seam in about a (4-inch area) is coming apart close by the zipper.

I use it everyday for my school, it can easily carry 2 Laptops. Spacious good quality. I would definitely recommend this.

Product on 4 wheels didn't run straight and had tendency to fall forward

Tip forward easy

Not a good work spinner for my needs. Would have returned it, but I didn't use it right away. When I finally used it and identified the problem the return period expired. I would not recommend it because it tips forward extremely easily. It's not for me.
