Compact size, huge range

Perfect size, great feel, edge holds amazing sharpness. This is one of my favorite knives. Endless uses for this compact chef's knife. From boning, to trimming, to dicing, and everything in between. This knife will be a go to in your kitchen arsenal.

My dream knife

What a Difference!

Until you use a really good knife, you'll never know what you are missing. I have used what I thought were good knives in the past, but they don't compare to this one. This knife is a good size for preparing vegetables and fruit. If you can get it on sale as I did, you'll love it even more.
