Don’t waste your time.

I’m still trying to cancel this order that was never sent. The item is back ordered and I have been in touch with countless managers to get it completely cancelled. I purchased it far in advance and it almost ruined my proposal. Luckily, I was able to purchase a ring somewhere else in time.
