Fabulous pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I bought this pan. Heat is distributed evenly, so no undercooked chicken thighs, or tough, overcooked breasts. The pan is large enough for a meal for four. I used it to make cornbread, and it turned out great--cast iron is perfect for cooking cornbread. It's easy to clean, and the enameled finish is nonstick. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
