Initial earrings

I received the earrings on Friday and on Sunday are they tore up. The initial fell off. Poor quality. Will never purchase again and I can not return.

The worst earrings i ever paid for they bent at the stem of the post after wearing them for a week

Stems were bent. Very flimsy. Very disappointed!
