Sent wrong item

Delivery supposed to occur before Christmas. Two failures… I received the box after Christmas and it was the wrong item. Then we had trouble returning it because the item didn’t match the receipt. This is why retail /Macy’s is dying. No one cares and no one corrects the issues.

Do not bother!

Arrived broken, very cheap quality even if it was intact. Starting return process. Very disappointed. Normally Macy’s is much better. I DO NOT recommend this product.

Handy for tea

I drink a big amount of iced green tea daily and this kettle expedites making the tea a breeze for me

Excellent volume Pours well Black looks great Only slight note Handle gets hot Need to use potholder I slit a orange silicone sleeve and placed on handle resolved issue
