Disappointed

I was very disappointed that an employee taped the receipt to the Waterford box and when removing it, it took some of the box material off! Ruined the presentation!

Enchanting Champagne Flutes

When I opened the box to check on the condition of the glasses after they had been delivered I truly wished that these glasses were purchased for me and not being purchased for my Goddaughter who has just announced her engagement. The heart shaped embossed onto the sparkling glasses popped out a me and reminded me of how wonderful the world is when a new love emerges and begins its journey. I will tell her this will be the first toast to celebrate the beginning of many toast to come celebrating love, and life and all the sweet romance she will experience throughout the years of marriage. This is what I saw, and truly felt in my heart, when I lifted the top of the box off these beautiful champagne flutes. They are enchanting.

Broken

No longer shipped in wooden box by Waterford. Unfortunately glasses arrived to bride and groom completely shattered. Considering the cost point, I would expect better packaging.
