Roaster

It's a very large roasting pan and will be great for the holidays and other family occasions. Its a beautiful pan. I have not used it yet, but looking forward to using it. 😀

Not dishwasher safe

The price was right for this set. But I didn't think to check since substantially all roasting pans are dishwasher safe, and upon arrival and reading the instructions...this one is not! Also, the voluminous instructions extended only to the pan, and were silent as to the "bonus" turkey lifters and baster. I'm planning to run them through the dishwasher and will return to further downgrade from 3 stars if they do not survive the experience. Okay, I'm off to hand wash this giant thing in my tiny apartment-sized double sink now, mindful of the adage "you get what you pay for".
