Disappointment 😞

Just brought the mattress, it is noisy when you sit on it, the head of the mattress is sunken in and the pillow top is lumpy.

Poor customer support

The mattress is great. Delivery, not so great. Was suppose to take away the old mattress and didn't. Emailed twice about that and only got an automated response that I would receive a response shortly. Never received a response. Very poor customer support.

Great mattress

Very good quality mattress, just right for me in wanting a little give n cush on the surface and then an accepting slow hold as I settle in. Thank you Macys n Serta for the quality and delivery :)

The worst mattress I have ever seen in my life.

The worst mattress I have ever seen in my life. within five month it became unfit to use. It is soft but just at the middle the mattress has Brocken down in only four fife month! Obviously I would not recommend you to buy this item even I will not buy again anymore.

Comfortable but my back was not happy

I was very excited to receive my queen mattress, it is very comfortable but not good on my back. I am in the process of exchanging my mattress. Serta has been helpful throughout the process. I am hoping to get something extra firm. This mattress is great for the people who don't have back issues.
