Missing Item.

I ordered this March 15th. The updates kept saying pending for processing. 15 days after my credit card was charged but the item never arrived.

Terrible customer service

If I could give a zero, I would. The product itself is fine but the customer service is terrible. I ordered this for my wife for Christmas. Everything online indicated that if I paid for expedited shipping , it would arrive before Christmas. Leading up I kept checking the shipping status and the product had not delivered. I spoke with customer service and eventually was told it would be on time. Then was told it wasn’t. Then told it was backlogged and was given the option to cancel the order. I cancelled the order, twice. Then the product arrived a week later. The. I tried to return it to the store and was told I need to return online. Absolutely worthless service.

Wedding ring disappointment…

I never got it, I got the Macys credit card to get a good discount for my weeding ring, and never got the ring. I just got an email saying they were going to refund the money. I wouldn’t even give 1 star.

Beautiful ring

The ring is nice but I made a mistake so I might return it and buy a similar ring with bigger diamonds. I will wait for another sale with additional 30% off to get the ring at a good price.
