cloudy stone and terrible customer service

called in for price adjustment for Friends promotion that would have difference of $510 within 10 days as per guideline, however no update on the process after 20 days even though I called customer service at least 5 times. they told me I should talk to Jewerly department and the phone number they gave can't even get through. I am very disappointed that Macy's is not honoring the price adjustment as per their promise

Beautiful ring sparkling natural diamonds

I bought this ring on sale a few years ago. It looked beautiful (and still does). All diamonds are of H-I color as promised with no visible by (not a very young) unaimed eye inclusions. Reading some review later I was afraid that the diamonds are not natural or composite. Finally, recently, I took it to a jeweler to check. All five stones measure as diamonds and have some very minor inclusions under a magnifier corresponding to I1. All stones are natural diamonds. All diamonds are still hold very fine. Gorgeous ring, highly recommend. If you'll get cloudy diamonds or something else you do not like - you can always return within one month. Thanks Macy!

Beautiful!

It is stunningly beautiful! My original wedding band had to be cut off my finger. It has been resized but it can’t keep up with my ever burgeoning arthritis in my hands. So! I bought this ring! It sparkles! It shines! It is substantial in diamond size.

Love, Love, Love This Ring

I purchased this beautiful ring in store, the day I found it on line. Really to bad about the bad reviews. Cloudy diamonds, yeah, I don’t think so. It looks and fits perfect with my 30 year old two carrot diamond engagement solitaire.
