Poor quality & worthless service

The rug quality is poor. The rug arrived puckered in the rows of the herringbone design. Either it shrunk or the weave was too tight. I spent frustratingly hours dealing with Macy's off-shore return department. I contacted Momeni, the rug manufacturer and that was worthless. I won't buy a Momeni rug.
