Begin to create your dream room with the luxurious MALITA 4 Piece Comforter Set. The set includes an oversized comforter, 1 split-corner bedskirt and two pillow shams. All the items in the ensemble have elegant accents and are carefully cut and sewn to insure the highest level of quality. The comforter spotlights a grand damask pattern in lovely powder blue tones. Attention to detail ensures that every comforter is cut at the same point to insure that each will be the same. Finished details include a 1.5" folded satin flange that is pleated at the corners and a 'button quilt' pattern accent. The reverse fabric is made with a matching solid powder blue smooth fabric. The bedskirt uses coordinating fabric found throughout the ensemble and is finished with a French scroll border. The pillow shams are cut identically, centering the grand damask and finished with a 1.5" stain flange that is pleated on every corner with zippered closures. Disappointed in the pillow size

The color is what I had been searching for. I plan to show the reversible solid side with my bedding. They appear to be well made, but they are advertised as 18" x 18". Disappointing that the pillows are barely 16" square. I assume that the advertised size is before they inserted their pillow form. The advertised size seems misleading. There were three annoying tags to cut off of each pillow. One of the tags on each pillow that read "J. Queen New York" was black in color, so it had to be very carefully cut off in order to not show any black remnants against the light blue pillow

Best Customer Service Ever!!!!

Though I have not received this item as of yet, I wanted to make it known the OUTSTANDING customer service I received by team member Ricardo! My mother was desperately trying to order this comforter set using a promo code that was not working for some reason and we checked the exclusions and discovered we needed to call and find out why. Ricardo patiently listened to our concerns and agreed that the item should in fact be eligible. He then painstakingly reached out to not only a team lead twice, but also to tech support in attempt to reach a resolution. In the end, he was able to secure a comparable discount and place the order. I am very appreciative of all of his time and efforts as you rarely receive this type of service these days. I could not let it go without saying, as thank you didn’t seem quite enough.
