Glad that Modern Friction is still with Origins

Glad that Modern Friction is still with Origins, just under another name. I haven't tried it long enough to see if it will help with wrinkles...

Scrubby Girl

I like the scrub feel and my skin looks radiant. It’s a bit more course than some scrubs I’ve used but I have thick skin and large pores so it’s effective.

Different Packing received in my order.

The packaging I received was different from the photo. I had purchased this product several times before so I was expecting it to be a white tube. Instead it came in a grey (like their masculine products) tube but the same name, so I looked it up on ORIGINS website which said the new tube is now the current packaging. Hmmm.. I like the white one better. I also MUCH preferred Modern Friction a similar product but one they decided to retire. I don't think I am alone in my opinion on that, are you listening Origins??

I've used Modern Friction for years. I feel like after a long day, it really cleaned out my pores and exfoliated the dead skin. It has been unavailable for some time now and I tried the Checks and Balances scrub. I used C&B frothy face wash and love it. Unfortunately, I don't feel this scrub is a suitable replacement for Modern Friction, it's a bit of a disappointment. In the last year there has been updates to a number of products and none were for the better.

Not as good as Modern Friction

This is not a replacement for modern friction unfortunately. Feels too harsh MF was gentler and more effective. Was the only product I have really stayed loyal to even though I cannot spend as much on skincare anymore.
