Softest towels

I tried this towel after several years of buying super expensive towels from Brook Linen. Brook Linen towels are soft and plush at first but soon turn scratchy, crunchy, and too stiff to wash my face with. Macy's Hotel Collection towels are soft, rich and plush. I bought the bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. They're soft enough to wash the delicate skin on my face without irritation. I've been washing them regularly for about a year and they're still delightfully soft. I highly recommend and will continue to be a customer.

Super soft but more dry-off time required

I love how soft these are but it takes more time and effort to dry off. I think the feel of the towel makes it worth the effort, but my boyfriend prefers a quick and easy dry-off over a soft towel. It really depends on what you're looking for.

good towel and color was perfect

Towel is soft to the touch and the color was perfect! what wasn't perfect I spent well over $66 dollars and was not gifted a Ugg's throw ( Black Friday) that should be included in my order. I spoke with customer service she said there was not anything to do since I already paid and she couldn't add anything to order . I told her this is false promotion
