Bought this for my husband. He wanted this for his birthday. He truly likes it and it does a little better if you use a face scrub with it.

Faulty Unit and Bad Customer Service

My purchase aunt purchased this unit as a late Christmas Gift on January 25th and picked it up from the Deerbrook Mall store on February 6th. I attempted to charge the unit on March 15th without any luck. I left the unit plugged for 48 hrs and the unit still did not charge. I contacted Macy's but they did not want to exchange the item because it was 7 days passed the 30 day refund policy. After 4 phones calls and over a hour on the phone Macy's finally agreed to a refund when all I wanted was an exchange. Although I appreciate the refund it required to much effort for a customer that spends thousands of dollars a year with Macy's.

6 years later…

It has been 6 years since I purchased my Soniclear Elite back in 2018 and I am just now making an account to say: this thing is amazing. After 6 years of use, it finally started fall apart. It still works, I just can’t put it under water anymore because the button cover fell off. I plan to buy a new one next month. I have struggled with acne since I was very young and this device has been the best thing to ever happen to my skin. Yes, it even helps with body acne. Just try the body brush and some medicated soap for a couple of weeks, it will work. I am sad that I haven’t been able to use mine because of the button but I really look forward to getting a new one. I personally have not tried the MT skin products and the brush still works like a charm so, use the cleanser that your skin agrees with best and this brush will help get your skin super clean and clear! I am not sponsored but boy would I like to be 😂 The pictures are without makeup, this is my skin when I am consistently using the Soniclear! It helps with dark spots as well.

A fantastic replacement!

I love this produc! I was using Clarisonic until they went of business. I was unable to buy anything for my machine and I just so happened to see Michael Todd on QVC. I immediately ordered his device and I’m so glad that I did! It’s been a blessing to my skin and I’m so happy that I can purchase the brush heads when it’s needed. I won’t live without this product!
