Great take on flash cards.

These were a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, she will have many years of learning ABC's as she's only 13mos. Great pics on them.

Why is it “poke a dot”?

Cute pictures accompany each letter but what’s the point of the dots??

Hi Lauri, The poke a dots make a popping sound when they are pressed. They add a tactile and sound element to the cards. Your Friends at Melissa & Doug

Great gift

I gave these to my grandson. He is still a bit young for them (3yr) but great way to start letter and sound recognition. They are also thick enough to withstand some abuse

These cards are a great idea!

My grandson is 15 months and loves looking at books. When he got these he loves them. He's just getting to where he will point to his favorite pictures. The little circles that pop, he thinks that's so funny. Thank you! These are great. He will grow to know all about them. Mom is a teacher.
