I'm not happy with this item...need help to return it to the store...you could only put little ice at a time... not what I want it..

Needs modifications

The snow cone maker shaves the ice beautifully but it is messy. There isn’t enough space to shave all of the ice in the cone so you have to scoop it in and no scoop is provided. After 2 weeks the ice containers cracked in the freezer.

Great product and easy to use

Got it for my nephew and his brothers and they love it. It's easy to use and the ice shaves really well. Got it with the nostalgia pack of flavors and sno cone cups and it worked perfectly as a gift!
