Excellent hand held shower

Excellent shower with good selection of spray type and strength ranging from a gentle shower to an intense massaging torrent. The only thing that isn’t excellent about this hand held shower is the reinforced plastic hose which is very stiff and makes the shower head a little difficult to control when held but hopefully, it becomes more flexible over time. In spite of the stiff hose, the rubber around the handle and in the cradle makes sure the head maintains it’s position when you need a fixed shower.

Features are good.

Previously, we had a WaterPic which lasted for years before it broke. This one is positioned a little higher than the prior one, which is awkward for my wife. The change of spray is smooth, but some position is likely to be unused.

Good for sore muscles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary sample. This shower head has a great pulsating massage feature. It works really well on sore, tired muscles after a long day of work, exercise or outdoor activity. The different massage settings are great and I like that I can change them for my neck, back, legs, etc. I do wish that the hose was a bit longer but overall it is a great massaging shower head.

Great technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a difficult time washing out my huge tub with my fixed shower head, so I thought I'd give this a handheld a try. The product was easy to set up with the instructions included. After installing, I tested it by showering myself. The pulse massage settings are excellent! It felt great to relax while it was massaging my neck. It is easy to take off the wall and use it as handheld for rinsing the tub afterwards. I am very happy with the product.
