My go to knife for carving ham or turkey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife slices through my holiday ham or turkey like butter. Nice clean cuts and thin as I want. Occasionally I’ll even use it to slice watermelon. Best knife purchase I’ve ever made!
