Damaged on arrival

I was not able to enjoy my statue due to it arrived all broken. I had to return it. Either the packing or the carrier damaged my beautiful statue.

Beautiful Statue

I ordered this statue because of one of Macy's wonderful sales - I got it at 60% off, so figured - how bad could it be? Not only is it not bad - it's fabulous! 30 inches tall & nice detail. The only problem right now is I can't get it out of the box, it's so heavy! I assumed it was made of resin, but it's either cast stone or concrete. I immediately went to order another, but back up to full price, so I'll wait...and stalk until another sale!
