Foam Plyo Box

I had been using this foam box for over 4 years at the fitness gym where my Chiropractic Rehabilitation office is located. This facility has a large population of very fit athletes from highs school to pro's and they use these boxes for their plyometric jumps frequently. They beat the heck out of every piece of equipment and most everything gets destroyed and has to be replaced, including things like Kevlar medicine Balls. In fact, despite the many high end members, the owner once told me __quote__this place is one step above a prison__quote__. Anyway, the Sunny Plyo Boxes are still there and they are so durable that I had to buy one for my home._x000D_ Dr Phil

Fun workouts!

I was bored of my usual cardio routine and found a few workouts using plyo boxes. Found this from Sunny and have been using it for 3 weeks now. The box is strong and holds my weight well! It's also made working out fun again. I would definitely buy this again.

Highly recommend

It's bigger than I thought. Does what I need it to do. I like the way it's designed so if I miss the jump it doesn't hurt so bad.
