terrible experience
Hardware was missing, Macys couldn’t just ship me replacement hardware. Had to repack everything in boxes for return. customer service told me I would receive a replacement and then I would leave the original outside front door for pickup. Then I got an email the next day saying they couldn’t ship me a new one until I ship the original back. This thing weighs 150lbs, so now I have to take it to a UPS store somehow. What a total mess, and I’m told I won’t get my $50 shipping fee back. I won’t be buying from Macys again anytime soon.

Shipped with additional cost due to weight, couldn’t lift to bring package in side, assembled the entire thing only to notice a damaged top piece and now unable to get support or return as only option is to physically bring the 150lb item to a store or ups, there is no customer service support to fix the missing piece from Macy’s

Gorgeous. Beautiful ambiance.
Gorgeous. Real tile. Wood look is beautiful. Would have been 5 stars, but the tile is very easily chipped during assembly. And the brightness settings are almost unnoticeable. Definitely recommend. Even prettier in person. (We added more fire glass for a gold look.)
