Poor Quality

Beautiful piece upon arrival. Great length at 18"" for my teen. However, very disappointed. I purchased this item for his birthday last fall and it has already tarnished. It is supposed to be sterling silver but appears it's not, as I tried polihing it with the silver cleaner to no avail. Still tarnished. If you're looking for a silver necklace please do not buy this item. I"m extremely disappointed with the purchase as is my child.
