Received broken items

Shipping terrible. Received with included glasses broken. Asgard me ship entire set back. Ridiculous to spend that much money to ship them glasses could be easily replaced separately

Product quality issues

There were knots in the back of the plate, so there was a hassle of exchanging them, and the glass cup was too thin to break. And I was angry because they lowered the price after I bought it.
