AVOID THIS: online order was a tragic tale

The whole online situation both with Mancini and Macys useless chat feature was stressful and unfruitful. Mancini doesn’t update the app or honor requests for expedited shipping from Macys. I Paid extra for the privilege of a 2 week shipment. Talked to 5 support agents all giving different and conflicting information throughout. I wasted time and money. Hope you read this and order elsewhere AND pick a different product. Ultimately I will return this. Last night I ordered from Jack Georges brand and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Avoid unless you are a masochist. In that case, this product will really excite you.

Looks Great, but not good quality!

I purchased this bag for my husband. He takes short 1-2 day trips, so this bag is perfect for a change, or 2, of clothes, a pair of shoes, travel sized toiletries, and a tablet. well, he used it for the first time last week for an overnight stay and on the way back, he hung it on his shoulder and the strap hook fell off completely, bag hit the ground. I do not recommend at all!
