Horrible item waste of money company does not resp

Horrible item. In less then a month the motor started smelling and light smoke. Afraid of it catching on fire and paid over 200$ and have not been able to use it. Been reaching out to customer service for awhile now and no response tried Macy's and they are no help. Hope this can stop anyone else from making a purchase from this company

Good enough for the price

Works, but has a knob that the instructions said to screw into the side arm, but it serves no purpose, it’s just there doing nothing. I contacted the manufacturer and they were no help; told me to call the retailer - I didn’t bother because I doubt Macy’s can troubleshoot a treadmill.

love this !

I got this treadmill for my moms birthday and she absolutely loves it so much and best part it’s her favorite color pink and white !! So easy to assemble and has cup holders!!
