Too dry

Too dry. Does not seem to be a liquid liner.

Hello! We are sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Idôle Liner. Here are a few application tips that might help:
1. Ensure the cap is tightly closed to prevent the liner from drying out.
2. Point the tip of the pen downwards before shaking.
3. Shake the pen well for at least five seconds to mix the formula thoroughly.
4. Gently roll the barrel of the pen (not the tip itself) on a flat, hard surface to dispense product to the felt tip. Avoid rolling on your eyelid, as this can damage the tip and is not hygienic.
5. Enjoy the vibrant color!
