I never received my order

I have tried to order this item 3 times in the past month and it still hasn't been delivered. Your online assistance is ridiculous and just keeps telling me it was reshipped and to wait longer. Yet you send me emails asking how I like what I bought. Well I wish I knew.

Beautiful Marble Cheeseboard

Item came cracked in half but Macys was able to get them to ship me out another one. Pretty disappointed in their packaging but the second delivery was ok. The marble is heavy itself but it really is worth the price even just for decor. I would order this again!

delivered cracked in half

Nice product , nice price! but delivered cracked in half. So I will return it and maybe check the store for a replacement instead of shipping it.
