Outstanding Job!

I was assisted by Ran who took me through the process of getting my sound back on my TCL TV. She did a outstanding job, she knows her job very well and should be promoted to the next highest level of your company.

Forget Samsung

This is my first TCL TVand I am very pleased with it, the picture is amazing. I will never buy another Samsung. TCL is.my ney TV brand. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Good picture for the price
First off I'd like to say that I'm happy with my tv. That said I definitely have some concerns. I do not like that the tv has a built in Microphone. Data brokers already get more then enough of my information from my phone. At least there's a switch on the bottom to turn it off. Great, but now there is these annoying amber lights on telling me that the mic is off. Would be nice to able to shut those off. I do not use the smart tv google functions, at all. I use an external roku ultra, why you ask. Well I use an whole home controller, control4 is the brand. Would be nice to have a simpler interface without the google in it. Also would be FANTASTIC if tcl would release IP control commands to work this tv so i could control over network. If that ever happened then i would probably use the built in interface. Right now i have to rely on an IR sent via blaster to the tv via my control4 controller. Also something of note, and it may not be the tv's fault. But i use this tv mainly with my built computer. And it has a problem as soon as i set any resolution at 120hz. Works great at 60hz but that's why I got this specific tv. Now I am using long HDMI cables 50ft to be exact. And I have not swapped cables yet but will in the future just so i can verify that's its not the cables. And yes I know, 90 percent of people that buy this model of tv won't have these concerns. Since I'm a 10 percenter I have them. If this review makes it to someone from tcl, please work up some IP commands to work this tv and release them. It would make this tv much more usable and not just for me. This is the one reason why Home theater installers don't use tcl and stay with samsung.

Just got the TV today and was having trouble setting it up. Dolina was a great help spending time and trying to help me find Pure Flix which was the main reason I bought the TV. It seems the information I received was wrong and your system does NOT support it. At least the picture is sharp and Dolina helped all she could.
