Bad TV
Bought this TV on 11/12/22! Went out on 2/6/25. This is how long this TV lasted! Probably has 1000 hours or less and it was just a bedroom TV. Went through the process in getting it to come on but nothing worked and now I have to buy another one or get this fixed but it’s going to cost me as much as paid for it! Never will I buy another Sony again!

this tv sucks
I bought this tv because the last sony tv i had i really liked. not the case with this one. it responds slow and freezes frequently. it will go to a " connecting to video" graphic which i dont know why. and sometimes it will go to a "connecting to tv" graphic. i really dislike this tv and wish i could return it.

I found an open box tv and it had been a Sony 4k TV that I have wanted for a long time. I love everything about this TV. Excellent picture, apps work great, set up was simple and interactive.

Full screen not available
This tv does not provide full screen on internal apps Only by hooking up an external device on hdmi will this tv allow for full screen. Had I known this, I would have never bought one. This will be my first and last Sony. I am very unhappy with my purchase
