Loved it tell it didn’t work properly

I was gifted the mamaroo and loved it at first but swing has started making a scraping sound and doing harsh movements. My baby is only 12 pounds I’ve read all the things on google and there is no obstruction and blockage.

It’s nice to have

Baby doesn’t get put to sleep in it but it helps occupy baby for a moment while I make something to eat or do a quick load of laundry. Baby is only 2 months old right now and are still gonna use it.

Must have for fussy baby

My little one loves the mamaRoo swing. They LOVE to be bounced so this swing is great for when mom and dad need a break! We love that there are so many motion options to suit their mood.

Not worth the money, does not work

Not worth the money. The swing turns off everytime my very active baby kicks his feet (about every 3 minutes) & my baby & I get very upset when it stops moving lol! On top of it turning off every 3 minutes, the buttons take a few tries to work as well. Plus not sure why they couldn’t make the play mobile electronically move for the piece. Over all big waste of money. You can find nicer ones that actually stay on when your baby moves for 1/4 the price.

Difficult to set up

I do like the Bluetooth option however setting it up was nothing short of frustrating. On the verge of returning and spending half the price to just push the button myself.

Great but could’ve been better.

Purchased this for my daughter. She was having her first baby. The concept of the swing is great but the designers mixed the mark when they didn’t make the 3 colored balls above the baby’s head motorized so they would spin. That’s disappointing considering the cost. A switch to turn that function off and on would be nice. Even battery operated.

Disappointed.

I bought for my daughter for my new baby grand daughter. My granddaughter is only 2 1/2 months when rust started coming out of the mechanism with moves the swing and banging so bad it would wake the baby. My daughter emailed the company and received a scolding about babies shouldn't sleep in a swing. What's a swing for to get a baby to sleep I thought. But whatever, they have done nothing to rectify the fact there is a problem.
