Not working TV DVD player

I just took this tv dvd player out of the box. I put my first DVD in, and it loaded to the menu page and then froze. I also cannot get the DVD out the machine. I called tech support, and they can't help me. So I will have to return it. Unfortunate.

WD32HX5201 TV/DVD works great so far but..

Greetings the TV and DVD works great but I can't get an mp4 move to play in the USB port. The manual doesn't help. Also, the manual download for this TV WD32HX5201 on this page is for a different TV, https://westinghouse.com/products/32-hd-dvd-combo-tv Is there a different link somewhere to download the correct manual? Thanks

Great Investment!!!!

I bought the Westinghouse 32" TV with DVD combo I love it I don't have to worry about another component to hook up causing the area to look crowded taking up more space. I would recommend to my friends.
